Popsala jsem právní úpravy během 20 let, finanční následky, rozsudek Nejvyššího správního soudu a způsoby pracovních poměrů ve světě. Podle daňového systému a sociálního a zdravotního pojištění v České republice je švarcsystém výhodnější formou zaměstnávání. Bude velice zajímavé sledovat vývoj švarcsystému v budoucnu. Česká ústava zaručuje svobodu volby povolání a právo podnikat.. -- Abstract: I hope that I manager to elaborate the problem of Outsourcing and Švarcsystém in comprehensive way. I described the legal regulation during past 20 years, the financial consequences, judgments of the Czech courts and the state of the employment relationships in the world. According to the tax system in the Czech Republic and the system of health and social insurance it is more beneficial form an employer. For sure it will be very interesting to monitor the development of Švarcsystem in the future. The Czech Constitution quarentees a freedom for choosing the occupation and the right to run a business.
