Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Cílem práce je návrh postupů práce při seznamování specifických skupin klientů spol. Arkadie s procedurálními standardy. V práci tedy uvádím, které postupy se mi při výzkumu osvědčily a také má doporučení. Práce je orientována na zavádění procedurálních standardů do praxe, konkrétně na standard č. 2, kterým je ochrana práv uživatelů. Kvalitativní výzkum je zaměřen na studium komunikačních schopností klientů denního stacionáře Arkadie v Teplicích. Jedná se o klienty s různým stupněm mentální retardace. Při výzkumném šetření jsem pracovala se všemi současnými klienty denního stacionáře (15 klientů). The goal of the project is the suggestion of work procedures of imprinting a specific groups of clients with procedure standards. Therefore there are the most useful ones and recommendations stated. The project is focused on introducing of procedure standards in use, concretely standard no 2, which is a users's rights protection. The research of quality is focused on the study of the social welfare intitution clients`s communication skills in Arkadia Teplice. These clients have various stages of cephalonia.
