Fyzioterapie po totální aloplastice kyčelního kloubu [rukopis] / Petra Preissová. -- 2008. -- 68 l., [9] l. příl. : il. -- Autor neodevzdal lic. smlouvu. -- Abstract: Svou bakalářskou práci jsem věnovala tématu totální aloplastika kyčelního kloubu. Práce je koncipována tak, že detailně popisuje užití prvků fyzioterapie v rámci předoperační a pooperační péče u pacienta s TEP kyčelního kloubu. V dnešní době jde o jeden z nejčastějších operačních výkonů, které jsou prováděny na ortopedických pracovištích. Častou indikací k této operaci je degenerativní onemocnění kloubní chrupavky - artróza. Ve své práci uvádím také další indikace a příčiny, které jsou řešeny totální náhradou kyčelního kloubu. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. První kapitolou je část teoretická, která je zaměřena na anatomii a kineziologii kyčelního kloubu, dále zde uvádím indikace k totální aloplastice kyčelního kloubu a typy implantátů užívaných při operačním řešení. Část speciální popisuje fyzioterapeutické postupy, techniky a metody. Poslední část je věnována konkrétní kazuistice, kterou jsem za tímto účelem zpracovala.. -- Abstract: My bachelor´s thesis is written on the subjec the total aloplastic of hip joint. In my work I describe how to use the physiotherapy elements before and after surgery on the patients with TEP of the hip joint. Nowadays it´s the most common treatment in the orthopedical workplaces. The degenerative disease of the articular cartilage - arthrosis is very often the indication for the surgery, but I also talk about another indications and causes, which are solved by the total replacement of the hip joint. The work is present into three main chapters. The first chapter is teoretical and it´s mainly based on anatomy and kineziology of the hip joint. I also describe the indications of TEP of hip joint and the types of implants, which are used for the operation. The second chapter is the special part, which is describing the physiotherapic treatments, technics and methods. The last part is given to specific examination, which in this case I described.
