Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Práce se zabývá hodnocením efektivnosti hospodaření zdravotnické instituce, dosažené v průběhu 5 let. Teoretickým východiskem práce bylo použití vybraných metodik finanční analýzy, zejména analýzy poměrovými ukazateli, analýzy horizontální, vertikální a výpočet bonity instituce bilanční analýzou I podle R. Douchy. U bilanční analýzy I byl metodou nejmenších čtverců kvantifikován vliv jednotlivých ukazatelů na ukazatel celkový. V analytické části práce byly pomocí výše uvedených metodik vypočteny trendy a struktury aktiv, pasiv, nákladů a výnosů z dat účetních výkazů fakultní nemocnice. Na závěr je uvedeno subjektivní hodnocení efektivnosti hospodaření FN. The aim of this work is to analyse the efficiency of the economy of the health institution within five years. Teoretical basis are the application of the chosen financial analysis methods, mainly the analysis by using the ratio indexes, horizontal and vertical analysis and the structure and determination of financial standing of accounting data, from R. Doucha. In financial standing I, identified in a way of minimal square deviations influence of independent variables towards total index. In the analytic part of this work were calculated by using above-mentioned methods and the accounting data of the teaching hospital the trends and structures of the assets, liabilities, costs and returns.
