Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou uplatnění občanů se zrakovým postižením na trhu práce. Konkrétně je zaměřena na mapování situace v oblasti pracovního uplatnění osob se zrakovým postižením a zjišťování jejich názoru na tuto situaci. Teoretická část je rozpracována ve dva na sebe navazující celky. První část je zaměřena na jednotlivé skupiny zrakově postižených z pohledu tyflopedie a na jejich možnosti vzdělávání. Podrobně jsou rozpracovány oblasti výchovy a vzdělávání osob se zrakovým postižením v minulosti a současnosti. V těchto kapitolách je zmíněna cílová skupina osob v produktivním věku, okrajově se text věnuje i mladší věkové kategorii. Důvodem je nutnost specifikovat také zásady přípravy na povolání osob se zrakovým postižením a charakterizovat služby poskytující potřebné programy. Druhá část se pak přímo zabývá pracovním uplatněním občanů se zrakovým postižením a k tomu se vztahujícími právními dokumenty. Na tento oddíl plynule navazuje praktická část, kde jsou formou dotazníku potvrzeny či negovány skutečnosti uvedené v části teoretické. This final thesis deals with the problem of employment of visually impaired people. The paper is focused on establishment of job opportunities for the visually disabled persons and their opinions on this situation. The theoretical part is divided into two units. The first unit is centered on individual groups of visually impaired persons from the point of view of thyphlopaedia and on their educational possibilities. The fields of upbringing and education of visually disabled persons in the past and in the present are elaborated in detail. The target group of people in the working age is mentioned in these chapters, the text deals only marginally with the younger age group. The reason for this is the necessity to specify the principles of preparation for occupation of the visually impaired persons and the characteristics of the services that offer essential programmes. The second part directly considers the employment opportunities of visually disabled people and the legal documents that refer to the problem. The practical unit is fluently connected to the theoretical part. Here the facts mentioned in the theoretical part are confirmed or disproved. Another responsib.
