Oponent Michaela Fišerová Abstract Primárním tématem práce je rozbor komplexní dynamiky jazyka, institucionálních procesů a moci. Zaměřuje se na zkoumání filosofie J. Searla, zejména na roli jazyka coby klíčového aspektu v utváření a udržování společenských hodnot a pravidel. Následně se práce věnuje konceptu dispositivu M. Foucaulta, a to především v oblasti formování mocenských vztahů a disciplinárních mechanismů. Důraz je kladen zejména na distribuci a implicitnost moci ve společenských strukturách. The primary theme of the thesis is the analysis of the complex dynamics of language, institutional processes and power. It focuses on the examination of the philosophy of J. Searle, in particular on the role of language as a key aspect in the formation and maintenance of social values and rules. Subsequently, the thesis is devoted to the concept of dispositif by M. Foucault, especially in the area of the formation of power relations and disciplinary mechanisms. The emphasis is placed on the distribution and implicitness of power in social structures.
