Teoretická část je stručná o dané problematice. V praktické části je proveden výběr linky pro integraci, MTM analýza, návrh variant a výběr. Zvolení integrátora a následná integrace. Dále pak posouzení bezpečnosti. Závěrečná část práce se věnuje zhodnocení přínosu zavedení robotického systému z pohledu produktivity, finanční návratnosti a dlouhodobé efektivity. Cílem bylo určit, za jak dlouhou dobu se investice do robota vrátí a v jakém okamžiku začne integrace generovat zisk. The thesis deals with the integration of a collaborative robot into the workplace. The theoretical part is brief about the given issue. In the practical part, the selection of the line for integration, MTM analysis, design of variants and selection are carried out. Selection of the integrator and subsequent integration. Then there is a safety assessment. The final part of the thesis is devoted to evaluating the benefits of introducing a robotic system from the perspective of productivity, financial return and long-term efficiency. The goal was to determine how long it will take to return the investment in the robot and at what point the integration will start to generate profit. Another responsib.
