Ved. práce Ondřej Vacek Abstract ÚVOD: Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ergoterapeutickou intervenci u klientů trpících roztroušenou sklerózou (RS). Je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí: teoretické a praktické. V první části se zabývám teoretickými znalostmi týkajícími se charakteristiky onemocnění, klinických projevů, různých forem nemoci, léčby a rehabilitace, s důrazem na ergoterapii. Druhá část je věnována konkrétnímu ergoterapeutickému procesu u klienta s RS. CÍL PRÁCE: Cílem této práce je představit roztroušenou sklerózu a uvést terapeutické možnosti, které ergoterapie nabízí. METODIKA: Pro zpracování této práce bylo nejprve nutné studovat relevantní literaturu zabývající se problematikou roztroušené sklerózy. Následně byl vybrán vhodný klient, u kterého byly provedeny různé formy hodnocení pomocí rozhovoru, pozorování a testování. Probíhaly pravidelné schůzky s klientem v jeho domácím prostředí po dobu tří měsíců. Na závěr bylo provedeno výstupní vyšetření a sestaven dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán. VÝSLEDKY: Výsledky byly zaznamenány prostřednictvím vstupního a výstupního vyšetření. Některé plánované cíle byly dosaženy, zatímco jiné ne. ZÁVĚR: Zpracováním této bakalářské práce jsem získala cenné poznatky, které mohu využít ve své budoucí profesní praxi. INTRODUCTION: This bachelor thesis focuses on occupational therapy intervention for clients with multiple sclerosis (MS). It is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. The first part addresses theoretical knowledge concerning the characteristics of the disease, clinical manifestations, various forms of the illness, treatment, and rehabilitation, with an emphasis on occupational therapy. The second part is dedicated to the specific occupational therapy process for clients with MS. THE AIM OD THE WORK: The aim of this thesis is to introduce multiple sclerosis and outline the therapeutic options offered by occupational therapy. METHODOLOGY: To complete this thesis, it was initially necessary to study relevant literature focusing on multiple sclerosis. Subsequently, a suitable client was selected, and various assessment methods, including interviews, observation, and testing, were conducted. Regular meetings with the client took place in their home environment over a period of three months. Finally, an exit assessment was performed, and a long-term occupational therapy plan was developed. RESULTS: The results were documented through entry and exit assessments. Some of the planned objectives were achieved, while others were not.
