Oponent Lucia Elsner Abstract Ústředním tématem diplomové práce je supervize. Cílem práce je analyzovat aktuální stav supervize a identifikovat způsoby jejího využívání jako strategického i preventivního nástroje v kontextu rozvoje organizace, dále nalézt její možnosti a limity vnímané sociálními pracovníky a vedoucími pracovníky sociálních organizací ve městě Děčín. Práce představuje podoby supervize, aktéry a oblasti jejího využití v praxi. Pro získání dat bylo využito výzkumné šetření realizované prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu, metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Samotný závěr práce představuje zjištěné výsledky vyplývající z výzkumného šetření, na něž navazuje diskuse o výzvách a doporučeních pro budoucí praxi supervize v sociálních organizacích. The central theme of the thesis is supervision. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of supervision and identify ways of its use as a strategic and preventive tool in the context of organizational development, as well as to find its possibilities and limits perceived by social workers and managers of social organizations in the city of Děčín. The thesis presents forms of supervision, actors and areas of its use in practice. To obtain data, a research investigation was used, carried out through qualitative research, using the method of semi-structured interviews. The very end of the thesis presents the findings from the research investigation, followed by a discussion of challenges and recommendations for future practice of supervision in social organizations.
