Hlavním cílem práce bude zjistit, jaká je míra pracovní a osobní spokojenosti školních speciálních pedagogů a asistentů pedagoga na základních školách v Praze. V teoretické části bude zahrnut teoretický rámec osobní pohody, osobní a pracovní spokojenosti, jejich historické a současné pojetí, vzájemný vztah a jejich faktory. Bude také přiblížena osobní a pracovní spokojenost pedagogických pracovníků dle realizovaných studií. Dále zde bude popis a náplň práce školního speciálního pedagoga a asistenta pedagoga; jejich potřebné vzdělání, finanční ohodnocení a náročnost práce. V empirické části bude realizováno kvantitativní šetření s využitím standardizovaných dotazníků zjišťujících osobní a pracovní spokojenost, které budou administrovány předpokládanému vzorku 300 respondentů. Data budou následně vyhodnocena pomocí Pearsonova korelačního koeficientu a Studentova t-testu. Výsledky budou porovnány a diskutovány tak, aby byl objasněn výzkumný problém a dílčí výzkumné otázky.. -- Abstract: The thesis will focus on the job and personal satisfaction of special education teachers and teaching assistants in primary schools in Prague. The main aim of the thesis is to determine the level of job and personal satisfaction among special education teachers and teaching assistants in primary schools in Prague. The theoretical part will include the theoretical framework of well-being, personal and job satisfaction, their historical and current concepts, their interrelationship, and their factors. It will also address personal and job satisfaction among educational staff based on conducted studies. Furthermore, the job description and duties of special education teachers and teaching assistants will be outlined, along with their required education, financial compensation, and the demands of their work. The empirical part will involve a quantitative survey using standardized questionnaires to assess personal and job satisfaction, which will be administered to an expected sample of 300 respondents. The data will be subsequently analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and Student's t-test. The results will be compared and discussed in order to clarify the partial research questions.
