Oponent Miroslav Roško Abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou střižného nástroje z materiálového hlediska. V teoretické části práce se obecně věnuji teorii technologie stříhání, jeho druhům a konstrukčním zásadám. Dále se obecně věnuji nástrojovým ocelím s vyšším důrazem na představení nástrojových ocelí přímo určených pro výrobu střižných nástrojů. V poslední části teoretické části seznamuji s metodikou hodnocení, tj. druhy mikroskopie a možnostmi měření tvrdosti materiálů. V praktické části se zabývám procesem přípravy vzorků analyzovaných střižných nástrojů, načež následuje pozorování nejprve makrostruktury povrchu lomu střižných nástrojů, mikrostruktury lomové plochy a samotné struktury materiálu nástrojů. Dále popisuji proces přípravy metalografických vzorků a jejich pozorování. Na základě zjištěných informací byla určena příčina lomu nástrojů a bylo doporučeno řešení. The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the cutting tool from the material point of view. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I generally focus on the theory of shearing technology, it's types and design principles. Furthermore, I generally deal with tool steels with a higher emphasis on the presentation of tool steels directly intended for the production of cutting tools. In the last part of the theoretical part, I introduce the evaluation methodology, i.e. the types of microscopy and the possibilities of measuring the hardness of materials. In the practical part, I deal with the process of preparing samples of analyzed cutting tools, followed by observation of the macrostructure of the fracture surface of the cutting tools, the microstructure of the fracture surface and the structure of the material of the tools itself. Next, I describe the process of preparing metallographic samples and their observation. Based on the information found, the cause of tool breakage was determined and a solution was recommended.
