Vzhledem k tomu, že má diagnostikovanou roztroušenou sklerózu, tak se také setkala s obtížemi v poporodním období. Zkoumáním tohoto tématu bych ráda tento problém přiblížila co největšímu počtu lidí. CÍL PRÁCE: Cílem této bakalářské prací je zvýšit povědomí o významu, užitečnosti a potenciálu využití ergoterapie v poporodním období u žen s roztroušenou sklerózou. METODIKA: Práce byla provedena formou kvalitativního výzkumu na základě analýzy případu klientky v poporodním období s diagnózou roztroušená skleróza. Pro zpracovaní bylo použito nestrukturované pozorování, strukturovaný rozhovor a standardizované testy (Barthel index, Purdue Pegboard Test, Pracovní křivka dle Emila Kraepelina a Richarda Pauliho). VÝSLEDKY: Stručný popis ergoterapeutické intervence a její efektivnosti vycházející ze vstupního a výstupního vyšetření. ZÁVĚR: Reflexe o současné situaci týkající se rehabilitace žen po porodu s diagnózou roztroušené sklerózy a posouzení práce s klientkou.. -- Abstract: INTRODUCTION: This bachelor thesis was inspired by a personal experience of a close person. Since she has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, she also encountered difficulties in the postpartum period. By researching this topic, I would like to introduce this problem to as many people as possible. THE AIM OF THE THESIS: The aim of this bachelor work is to raise awareness of the importance, relevance and potential of occupational therapy in the postpartum period in women with Multiple Sclerosis. METHODOLOGY: The thesis was conducted in the form of a qualitative research based on the analysis of a case of a client in the postpartum period with a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. The processing contained unstructured observation, structured interview and standardized tests (Barthel Index, Purdue Pegboard Test, Working curve by Emil Kraepelin and Richard Pauli). RESULTS: A brief description of the occupational therapy intervention and its efficiency based on the initial and final evaluation. CONCLUSION: Reflection on the current situation regarding the rehabilitation of women after childbirth with a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis and assessment of work with the client.
