Změny, které v duchu svých idejí režim zaváděl, se odrážely i v životě církví. Diplomová práce přináší pohled na život farního sboru Českobratrské církve evangelické v Teplicích mezi lety 1948 až 1968. Text se soustředí na státní dohled nad církvemi, který byl prováděn prostřednictvím církevních tajemníků. Pozornost je věnována faráři a seniorovi Zdeňkovi Somolíkovi a sborovým činnostem, které ve sboru rozvíjel. Oporou faráře bylo volené staršovstvo, v jehož čele se střídali kurátoři. Také o nich pojednává předkládaná práce, stejně jako o podstatných zaměstnancích sboru, kterými byli kostelník a varhaník. Klíčovou částí diplomové práce je období hledání kandidáta na uvolněné místo faráře po smrti Zdeňka Somolíka v roce 1966. Text dále představuje i nového faráře Amose Tejkala a první roky jeho působení v Teplicích. Text práce je doplněn o výpovědi pamětníků. Výsledkem výzkumu je ucelený obraz farního sboru ČCE v Teplicích, který se ve sledovaném období i přes nepřízeň státní politiky pokoušel zachovat svůj běžný provoz.. -- Abstract: Since February 1948, life in Czechoslovakia has been influenced by communist totalitarianism. The changes introduced by the regime in the spirit of its ideas were also reflected in the life of the churches. This thesis presents a view of the life of the parish congregation of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren in Teplice between 1948 and 1968. The text focuses on the state control over the churches, which was performed through the church secretaries. Attention is paid to the pastor and elder Zdeněk Somolík and the choir activities he developed in the congregation. The support of the priest was the elected eldership, headed by a curator. Curators are also the subject of the present work, as well as the essential employees of the congregation, who were the churchwarden and the organists. A key part of the thesis is the period of the search for a candidate to replace the vacant position of priest after the death of Zdeněk Somolík in 1966. The text also presents the new pastor Amos Tejkal and the first years of his work in Teplice. The text of the thesis is supplemented with testimonies of witnesses. The result of the research is a comprehensive picture of the parish congregation of the ČCE in Teplice, which tried to maintain its normal activities in the monitored period despite the adversity of state policy.
