Dětské domovy pro děti do 3 let a jejich plány na transformaci / Dana Schützová. -- 2023. -- 44 listů + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce Alexandra Petrů. -- Oponent Kateřina Riedelová. -- Abstract: Následující bakalářská práce s názvem Dětské domovy pro děti do 3 let a jejich plány na transformaci se zabývá transformací jednotlivých zařízení tohoto typu. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda a jak se tato zařízení pro děti do 3 let připravují z hlediska možného uzákonění novely zákona č. 372/2011 Sb., o zdravotních službách, z pohledu vedoucích pracovníků těchto zařízení v celé České republice. Informace, jako jsou plány transformace, finanční zajištění, personální zajištění či dopad transformace na samotné děti, byly zjišťovány pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěti vedoucími pracovnicemi domovů pro děti do 3 let a e-mailové komunikace s jednou z vedoucích. Data byla zpracována pomocí otevřeného kódování a v práci byla použita tak, aby byla uchována anonymita respondentek. Práce pracuje se současnou situací ústavní péče, poté jsou získaná data propojena s literaturou, s jinými výzkumy či se zákony. Vykonaným výzkumem jsem zjistila a popsala zkušenosti vedoucích pracovnic s transformací jejich zařízení a jaké mají názory na legislativu, která je hodně omezuje.. -- Abstract: The following bachelor's thesis, entitled Children's homes for children under 3 years and their plans for transformation, deals with the transformation of individual facilities of this type. The aim of the work is to find out whether and how these facilities for children under 3 years of age are being prepared from the point of view of the possible enactment of the amendment to Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on health services from the point of view of the managers of these facilities throughout the Czech Republic. Information such as transformation plans, financial provision, personnel provision or the impact of the transformation on the children themselves was ascertained using semi-structured interviews with five managers of homes for children under 3 years of age and e-mail communication with one of the managers. The data was processed using open coding and used in the work in such a way as to preserve the anonymity of the respondents. The thesis works with the current situation of institutional care, then the obtained data are connected with literature, other researches or laws. Through the research carried out, I found out and described the experiences of female managers with the transformation of their facilities and what their opinions are about the legislation, which limits them a lot.
