Note Ved. práce Oľga Jarabicová. Oponent Regína Gavlasová Abstract V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám tématem komunikace s pacientem s tracheostomickou kanylou na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Práce je rozdělena do dvou základních částí. První část je teoretická. V této části se věnuji v jednotlivých kapitolách anatomii a fyziologii dýchacích cest, tracheostomii a typům tracheostomie, komunikaci s pacientem a způsobech komunikace s pacientem. Druhá část je empirická, za použití průzkumného šetření mezi kolegy a kolegyně z intenzivních jednotek lůžkové péče. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit na jaké úrovni probíhá komunikace ošetřovatelského personálu s pacientem s tracheostomií na jednotkách intenzivní péče, nejčastější používaný typ komunikace s pacientem s tracheostomií, zjistit případné problémy v komunikaci ošetřovatelského personálu s pacienty s tracheostomií, a to v době pandemie COVID-19 i mimo ni. Šetření probíhalo na anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení a jednotkách intenzivní péče Nemocnice s poliklinikou v České Lípě. In my bachelor thesis, I deal with the topic of communication with a patient with a tracheostomy cannula in intensive care units. The thesis is divided into two basic parts. The first part is theoretical. In this part, I deal in individual chapters with the anatomy and physiology of the airways, tracheostomy and types of tracheostomy, communication with the patient and ways of communication with the patient. The second part is empirical, using a survey of colleagues from intensive care units. The aim of the research was to find out at what level the communication of nursing staff with a patient with tracheostomy in intensive care units takes place, the most commonly used type of communication with a patient with tracheostomy, to identify possible problems in the communication of nursing staff with patients with tracheostomy, both during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. The investigation was carried out at the anaesthesiology and resuscitation department and intensive care units of the Hospital with Polyclinic in Česká Lípa. Another responsib.
