Anhydrobióza želvušek (Kmen Tardigrada)
Title statement Anhydrobióza želvušek (Kmen Tardigrada) [rukopis] / Eliška Hrabáková Additional Variant Titles Anhydrobióza želvušek (kmen Tardigrada) Personal name Hrabáková, Eliška, 2000- (dissertant) Issue data 2022 Phys.des. 62 l. Note Ved. práce Michaela Czerneková. Tato bakalářská práce má primárně rešeršní charakter s cílem popsat anhydrobiózu želvušek, možnosti její indukce a mechanismy (morfologické, fyziologické, molekulární) přežití vysychání u želvušek. Tardigrades (phylum Tardigrada) are microscopic, primarily aquatic, invertebrates. although their active life is bound to at least a thin film of water surrounding their body, they can survive an almost complete drying out in an ametabolic state. This condition is called anhydrobiosis and is one of the types of cryptobiosis (Keilin, 1959). This bachelor thesis has a primarily research character in order to describe the anhydrobiosis of tortoises, the possibilities of its induction and the mechanisms (morphological, physiological, molecular) of survival of the tardigrades.
