Oponent Kateřina Riedelová Abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá zjišťováním, jak sociální pracovníci nebo pracovníci v sociálních službách využívají popisný jazyk v komunikaci s dětmi a mládeží a také při komunikaci o nich. Zároveň se zabývá tím, do jaké míry jsou tyto aspekty komunikace vědomé nebo reflektované. Nejprve je v práci popsán popisný jazyk, který vychází z manuálu Americké psychologické asociace a jsou popsány oblasti sociální práce, které jsou zaměřené na děti a mládež. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat používání popisného jazyka v sociální práci s cílovými skupinami ohroženými stigmatizací. Práce se věnuje legislativnímu ukotvení sociálních pracovníků a pracovníků v sociálních službách, jejich rolím, zmíněné cílové skupině, komunikačnímu jazyku mezi klienty a kolegy a dále procesu stigmatizace, nálepkování a užití anti-bias přístupu. The bachelor thesis deals with the determination of how social workers or workers in social services use descriptive language in communication with children and youth and also in communication about them. At the same time, it deals with the extent to which these aspects of communication are conscious or reflected. First, the thesis describes a descriptive langure, that is based on the manual of the American Psychological Association and describes areas of social work, that are aimed at children and youth. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to map the use of descriptive language in social work with target groups at risk of stigmatization. The thesis deals with the legislative anchoring of social workers and workers in social services, their roles, the mentioned target group, the language of communication between clients and colleagues, as well as the process of stigmatization, labeling and use of the anti-bias approach.
