Abstract

Hlavním tématem dizertační práce je tvořivost dirigenta při práci s kytarovým orchestrem. Sama práce je opatřena částí teoretickou, metodickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část práce se zabývá teoretickými přístupy k tvořivosti a vztahem tvořivosti k současnému hudebnímu vzdělávání. Pozornost je rovněž věnována metodice a práci s kytarovým souborem. Výzkum se zaměřuje na reakci hráčů v orchestru, na jejich motivaci hrát v souboru a na nový přístup dirigenta a jeho hodnocení. Kvantitativní druhá část je naopak zaměřena na rozhovory s dirigenty těchto souborů a popisuje jejich reakce a motivace k práci.

The main topic of the dissertation is the creativity of the conductor when working with a guitar orchestra. The work itself is devided into theoretical, methodological and research parts. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with theoretical approaches to creativity and the relationship of creativity to the philosophy of contemporary music education. Attention is also paid to methodology and work with the guitar ensemble. The research focuses on the reaction of the players in the orchestra, to their motivation to play in the ensemble and to the new approach of the conductor and his evaluation. The quantitative second part, on the other hand, focuses on interviews with the conductors of these ensembles and describes their reactions and motivations to work.
