Oponent Štefan Balkó Abstract Diplomová práce "Hodnocení efektivity hodiny TV na 1. stupni základní školy pomocí tepové frekvence" se zaměřuje na získání poznatků týkajících se intenzity srdeční frekvence v průběhu hodiny tělesné výchovy na prvním stupni základní školy. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická, v té se seznámíme s rámcovým vzdělávacím programem, charakteristikou mladšího školního věku a tepovou frekvencí. Součástí jsou i kapitoly věnující se obsahu a struktury vyučovací hodiny tělesné výchovy, kapitoly představující sporttestr a možnosti měření tepové frekvence. Výzkumná část ukazuje intenzitu srdeční frekvence vybraných žáků 4. ročníku během hodiny tělesné výchovy. Je zde popsán průběh hodiny a vyhodnocení testování. This thesis is called "Evaluation of the effectiveness of PE lessons at the 1st stage of primary school using heart rate" focuses on gaining knowledge of individual intensities of heart rate during physical education classes at the first stage of primary school. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, we will introduce it to the framework educational program (FEP), the characteristics of younger school age and heart rate. There are also chapters devoted to the content and structures of physical education lessons, chapters presenting a sports test and the possibility of measuring heart rate. The research part shows the intensity of the heart rate of selected 4th grade students during physical education classes. The course of the lessons and the evaluation of testing are described here.
