Oponent Kateřina Šteklová Abstract Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou překladu a porovnáním dvou verzí překladu detektivního románu Vražda na golfovém hřišti od Agathy Christie. První verzí překladu je vůbec nejstarší vydání české verze vypracované Bělou Vrbovou v roce 1932. Druhá verze knihy je překlad aktuálně nejnovější z roku 2014, který vypracovala Edda Němcová. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V teoretické části je představen překladatelský proces a jeho úskalí, dále autorka a její život a také detektivní román všeobecně. V druhé části se práce věnuje analýze obou českých verzí knihy. Jedná se například o informace týkající se vydání a zkoumání jednotlivých jevů. Zkoumanými jevy jsou především slovesné časy perfektum a plusquamperfektum, překlad idiomů, počešťování vlastních jmen a oslovování. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of translation and the comparison of two Czech translations of the detective novel The Murder on the Links by Agatha Christie. The first translation is the oldest Czech publication of this book from 1932 by Běla Vrbová. The second translation is the most current version from 2014 by Edda Němcová. This thesis is composed of two parts. The theoretical part presents the translation process and its issues, followed by the introduction of the author and her life, and the detective novel in general. The second part is focused on the analysis of both Czech versions. It discusses information about their publication and presents the actual analysis of chosen topics such as the perfect aspect of verbs, translation of idioms, modification of names, and ways of addressing people.
