Oponent Dominika Petrů Abstract Skolióza nepostihuje pouze muskuloskeletální systém, ale sekundárně také ovlivňuje vnitřní orgány a jejich funkce. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit vliv intervenčního programu na respirační hodnoty pubescentů s lehkým stupněm skoliózy. V teoretických východiscích práce budou shrnuty poznatky o fyziologii respiračního systému, etiopatogenezi skoliózy, možnostech její diagnostiky a především o vlivu skoliózy na respirační systém. Dále se budeme zabývat možnostmi terapie skolióz. V metodické části budeme zjišťovat, zda intervenční program vybraných kompenzačních a dechových cvičení, zlepší hodnoty vybraných ventilačních a antropometrických parametrů. Závěr práce bude věnován diskuzi k výše zmíněné problematice, kde budou shrnuty poznatky a přínos práce. Scoliosis doesn´t affect only on musculoskeletal system, but secondarily also affect inner organs and their function. The aim of this master´s thesis is to evaluate the effect of intervention program on respiratory parameters of pubescents with mild scoliosis. In the theoretical section are going to be summarized knowledge of respiratory system physiology, pathogenesis of scoliosis, diagnostic options of scoliosis and mainly scoliosis influence on respiratory system. Then we are going to look into ways of scoliosis treatment. In the research section we are going to find out if intervention program of chosen compensatory and breathing exercises improves selected respiratory and anthropometric parameters. Ending of this thesis is dedicated to discussion of previously mentioned issues, where are also summarized findings and contribution of this thesis. Another responsib.
