Tato diplomová práce se věnuje analýze jeho méně známých sbírek povídek Liebesfluchten (2000) a Sommerlügen (2010) a zkoumá, zda obě dvě sbírky mají společné téma útěku, které je doprovázeno lhaním, přičemž lež zde není tématem, ale motivem, který všechny povídky spojuje. Z každé sbírky budou vybrány 3 povídky, s kterými se bude pracovat metodou analýzy a interpretace a následně metodou srovnávací. Analýza se bude dále zaměřovat na další témata povídek, charakteristiku postav a vztahy mezi nimi.. -- Abstract: Bernhard Schlink is one of the most important and often recognized authors of German-language literature. This diploma thesis analyzes his lesser-known collections of short stories Liebesfluchten (2000) and Sommerlügen (2010) and researchs whether the two collections have in common the theme of escape, which is accompanied by lying, and lie is not a theme but a motif that unites all short stories. 3 short stories will be selected from each collection, which will be worked on using the method of analysis and interpretation and then the comparative method. The analysis will further focus on other themes of short stories, the characteristics of the characters and the relationships between them.
