Politické myšlení Turecka na rozcestí mezi liberální demokracií a autoritativním režimem v letech 1923-2018 / Simona Zahrádková. -- 2019. -- 78 listů. -- Vedoucí práce Jan Charvát. -- Oponent Pavel Maškarinec. -- Abstract: Cílem této diplomové práce je zaměření se na politické myšlení Turecka, jenž se od počátku nachází na rozcestí mezi liberální demokracií a autoritativním režimem. Kam směřuje dnešní Turecko? Je stále věrné odkazu Atatürkova sekularismu nebo se přeměňuje v autoritativní režim v moci islámu? Tato práce se zprvu zaměří na zánik Osmanské říše a následný vznik Turecké republiky pod vedením Mustafy Kemala (sekularismus, kemalismus). Dále se bude zabývat událostmi, které proměňovaly turecké politické myšlení (např. úspěšný vstup do NATO, růst tureckého a kurdského nacionalismu, revoluce v Íránu, sílící vliv islámu, postavení armády). Následně se práce zaměří na současnost Turecka a jeho možné směřování k autoritativnímu režimu pod vlivem vzestupujícího islamismu a snahou navrácení se k velikosti Osmanské říše. Závěr práce bude provázet otázka, na jaké "straně Bosporu" se dnes nachází politické myšlení v Turecku.. -- Abstract: The goal of this diploma thesis is focus on Turkey's political thinking, which has been from the beginning at the crossroads between liberal democracy and authoritarianism. Where is todays Turkey heading? Is it still faithful to Ataturk's legacy of secularism or is it turning into authoritarian regime in the power of Islam? This thesis will initially focus on the dissolution of the Ottoman Empire and the subsequent rise of the Republic of Turkey under the leadership of Mustafa Kemal (secularism, kemalism). It will also deal with events that have transformed Turkish political thinking (eg, succesfull joining of NATO, growth of Turkish and Kurdish nationalism, revolution in Iran, growing influence of Islam, position of the army). Subsequently the thesis will focus on the present day Turkey and its possible heading towards authoritarianism under the influence of ascending Islamism and efforts to return to the greatness of the Ottoman Empire. The finale of thesis will be accompanied by question - "On what "Bosphorus side" is today's political thinking in Turkey".
