Oponent Jan Tirpák Abstract Bakalářská práce Vliv emoční inteligence na postoj dospělých k jedincům s postižením se zabývá problematikou emoční inteligence, postojů a postižených jedinců a stručně s ní čtenáře seznamuje. Práce vychází z poznatků speciální pedagogiky a psychologie, z nichž jsou využívány co nejaktuálnější zdroje. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část se věnuje emocím a inteligenci, z nichž posléze vysvětluje emoční inteligenci. Dále popisuje různé druhy viditelných postižení a postoje společnosti vůči takto postiženým jedincům. V empirické části je k testování použit dotazník složený ze dvou částí. První část tvoří standardizovaný dotazník ESCQ-45 pro zjištění hodnoty emoční inteligence, druhou část pak sémantický diferenciál založený na fotografiích, který zjišťuje postoje dospělých vůči viditelně postiženým jedincům. Cílem je ověřit předpoklad, že postoj dospělých s vyšší emoční inteligencí k jedincům s postižením je pozitivnější než postoj jedinců s emoční inteligencí nižší. Cíl vychází z naší základní hypotézy Lidé s vyšší úrovní emoční inteligence zaujímají vůči postiženým jedincům pozitivnější postoj než jedinci s úrovní emoční inteligence nižší. Předpokládaný postup výzkumu je vytvoření dotazníku, rozeslání stu respondentů dostupným výběrem a shromáždění výsledků. Z dotazníku jsou statistickou analýzou dat (F-testy a příslušnými typy t-testů) zjištěny výsledky. Výzkumný vzorek tvoří dospělé osoby v rozsahu sta respondentů. V závěru přinášíme zhodnocení výsledků. This bachelor thesis called The influence of an emotional intelligence on an adults' attitude towards people with disabilities deals with the issue of emotional intelligence, atti-tudes and individuals with disabilities and it introduces these topics to the reader. The text is based on special education and psychology research, where the most recent sources were used. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with emotions and intelligence, and it explains the emotional intelligence. It also describes various types of visible disabilities and the society attitudes towards such individuals. The empirical part uses a questionnaire composed of two parts. The first part conforms to the standardized ESCQ-45 to get the emotional intelligence value, second part is a seman-tic differential based on pictures that will look into the attitudes of adults towards visibly disabled persons. The aim is to validate the premise that people with higher emotional intelligence have more positive attitude towards the disabled than people with lower emotional intelligence. This premise stems from our basic hypothesis that People with higher level of emotional intelligence have better attitude towards people with disabilities than people with lower emotional intelligence. Suggested approach for the experiment is to create the questionnaire, send it out to one hundred available respondents and gather the results. The results are reached by statistical analysis of data (F-tests and corresponding t-tests). The research group is formed by adult persons, supposedly counting 100.
