Oponent Věra Pavlátová Abstract Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku sociální exkluze a začleňování osob s homosexuální orientací do společnosti. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy jako homosexualita, předsudky, netolerance v kontextu konkrétního znevýhodňování těchto osob, ke kterému dochází v různých sférách a oblastech jejich života. Dále se práce věnuje jejich profesnímu uplatnění, výhodám a nevýhodám, které homosexuální orientace přináší. Výzkumná část je zaměřená na vnímání této problematiky majoritní heterosexuální částí společnosti a zjišťuje její povědomí a mínění o ní a také zda lze toto povědomí zlepšit (výchovou, legislativou). Výzkum byl prováděn mezi dospělými uživateli internetové sítě, jedná se o vzorek populace čítající 418 respondentů. Závěry práce by měly přispět ke komplexnímu pohledu na postavení homosexuálů v dnešní společnosti. This thesis is focusing on the issue of social exclusion and integrating of homosexually oriented people into the society. In the theoretical part, the terms as homosexuality, prejudices, and intolerance are defined in the context of particular disadvantaging of these persons, which occures in different areas of their lives. It also addresses their professional assertion, and the advantages and disadvantages connected to homosexual orientation. The research part focuses on the perception of this issue among the heterosexual majority in the society, and it makes an inquiry about the awareness and opinion on the issue, and also how and whether it is possible to improve the awareness (through education and legislation). The research will be performed among the adult users of an internet network. The respondents number is 418.
