Walter Leslie, Jan z Werthu, Adrian z Enkerfurtu apod.). Pozornost bude věnována cestě jejich vzestupu mezi českou společenskou elitu a pokusům se v ní trvale etablovat a prosadit. Důraz bude kladen například na možnosti uplatnění příslušníků nových rodin ve veřejném životě. Významnou složku bude tvořit snaha o postižení problematiky spojené se správou nabytého majetku a přehledné zmapování aktivit konkrétních postav na poli stavební a umělecké objednávky, výrazně související s rodovou reprezentací a církevním patronátem.. -- Abstract: The master thesis describes the representation strategies of several members of a part of the new aristocracy established after the Battle of White Mountain, who emerged from the Emperor´s army officer core (e.g. Walter Leslie, Jan from Werth, Adrian from Enkefurth etc.). We will focus on their journey into Czech high society and their attempts at permanently securing their social status therein. Amongst ither topics, we will specifically investigate the options available for participation in public life for these new families and their members.A significant part of the paper is dedicated to covering the challenges of managing tha gained wealth and constitutes a comprehensive overview of activities conducted by given personalities in the building and artistic commision, which influenced the house representation and the church patronage.
