Oponent Milan Pátek Abstract Tématem této bakalářské práce je Motivace kariérního postupu ve společnosti Oriflame. Tato bakalářská práce se tedy zaměřuje na motivaci členů multilevel marketingové společnosti Oriflame ČR. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat kariérní postup, posoudit hlavní motivy kosmetických poradců k rozvoji své kariéry a následně podat návrhy na možné zlepšení. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části je představena společnost Oriflame, vymezení pojmu multilevel marketing, popis běžného kariérního postupu a kariérního postupu ve společnosti Oriflame, motivace těchto členů a výhody těchto postupů. Ve druhé části je na základě dotazníku prozkoumána motivace kosmetických poradců. Na závěr následuje vyhodnocení šetření a návrhy na zlepšení. The topic of this Bachelor thesis is Motivation for career advancement in the Oriflame company. This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the motivation of the members of the multilevel marketing company Oriflame in the Czech Republic. The purpose of this work is to analyze the career advancement, review the main motives of the cosmetic consultants to develop their career and then consequently suggest possible improvements. Bachelor's work is divided into two parts. The first part introduces the Oriflame company, including the definition of multilevel marketing, a description of the normal career development and career advancement in the Oriflame company, the motivation of its members and the benefits of these advancements. Based on the questionnaires, the motivation of the cosmetic consultants is in the second part is further explored.
