Cílem práce je analyzovat hospodaření, identifikovat silné a slabé stránky, představit a zhodnotit rizika tohoto podniku. Závěrem práce budou navrhnuty eventuální možnosti řešení slabých stránek a rizik firmy.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis, The Analysis of Economy of the Company in Funeral Services, deals with the effectiveness of management in the field of funeral services, specifically decin business called Decin funeral service. The goal is to analyze business operations, identify strengths and weaknesses, introduce and evaluate the risks of the company. In conclusion of the thesis will be suggested eventual possibilities of solving the weaknesses and risks of the company.
