V úvodu práce je popsán teoretický okruh problematiky postižených regionů, jehož součástí je definice pojmu brownfields, důvody jejich regenerace a problémy s nimi související, členění brownfields, možnosti jejich financování a důvody regenerace. V další části bakalářské práce je charakterizován sledovaný region. Součástí práce je zpracování vlastní databáze lokalit brownfields ve sledovaném regionu, poslední část práce se zaměřuje na možnosti revitalizace lokalit brownfields v okrese Teplice. Main theme of bachelor thesis is "brownfield analysis in Teplice district" this thesis deals with brownfield locations by the district. Theoretical sphere and definition of "brownfield" and affected regions is described in the introduction. Bachelor thesis also focuses to reasons of regeneration, funding options and brownfiels breakdown. In the other part of thesis is charakteristic of region.
