Konec šedesátých let znamenal pro československou společnost naději i značný kulturní rozkvět. Srpnová okupace roku 1968 a následná normalizace přinesly velký úpadek také regionu Šluknovského výběžku. Ve své práci sleduji nejen politické poměry této oblasti v uvedeném časovém období, ale také kulturní činnost, ke které zde docházelo, a také projevy odporu vůči komunistickému režimu. Mým cílem bylo přiblížení charakteru tohoto regionu v uvedeném období. Všechny tyto skutečnosti vycházejí z dlouhodobého studia archivních pramenů, odborné literatury a vedení četných rozhovorů s pamětníky v rámci metody orální historie. In this thesis, my goal was to compile history of the Sluknov Hook in the years of 1968-1989, with an emphasis on both the political and cultural aspects relating to the region. End of the sixties meant for the Czechoslovak society a ray of hope and a considerable cultural boom. However, the occupation of August 1968 and the following process of normalization made this region decline. In this thesis, I do not merely pay attention to the political situation of the region in that period of time, but I also focus on a cultural activity occurring there and the signs of resistance to the communist regime. My goal was to approach the character of this region during that period of time. All these facts are based on a long-term study of archival sources, special literature and conducting numerous interviews with witnesses using the method of oral history. Another responsib.
