Stránky odkrývají význam aditiv, jejich účel a druhy potravinových aditiv. U látek získaných výběrem je popisován jejich vliv na lidské zdraví a místo jejich oblasti nálezu. Je zaměřená na prohloubení povědomí spotřebitelů o užívaných aditivních látek v potravinách. V další části je nabídnuta legislativní ochrana spotřebitelů, nařízení EU a vyhlášky ČR příslušející k užívání aditivních látek potravinářského odvětví. Do zkoumání byla začleněna analýza s dotazníkovou podporou, tím dotazníkový výzkum rozdělil respondenty do rozmanitých seskupení, aby mohly být vytknuty shody a rozdíly jevů. Díky těmto analytickým údajům byly stanoveny verze plánů směřující k lepší informovanosti populace. Abstract This bachelor's study is focused on food additive substances which are in the awareness of the Czech inhabitants. The work reveals the significance and purpose of additives as well as the diversification of food additives. What is described within the additives gained by the selection is their effect on the human's health as well as the location of their discovery. The work is aimed at the customers' awareness of used food additives. Within the other part of the work, the legislative customers' protection is presented as well as the EU regulation and ordinance of the CR reflecting the usage of food additives in foodstuff industry. The analysis with the questionnaire filling was included into the research, which resulted into diversification of responders in order to emphasise the sameness anddifferences of the effects.
