Práce se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti ve vztahu k mladistvým. Cílem práce je zjistit důvody mladých lidí ve věku od 15 do 18 let, proč nepokračují po základní škole středoškolským studiem a vymezit možné příčiny jejich nezaměstnanosti. K dosažení tohoto cíle bylo provedeno kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, byla sebrána a utříděna statistická data regionu Ústí nad Labem, týkající se nezaměstnanosti mladistvých a popsány konkrétní příklady činnosti pobočky Úřadu práce ČR v Ústí nad Labem s mladistvými v roce 2014. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření pro možnost systémových změn s využitím při pracovních postupech na úřadech práce. The subject of Thesis was suggested by the Employment Bureau of Czech Republic in region of Usti nad Labem. Thesis researches the problem of unemployment in relation to juveniles. The aim is to identify the reasons why young people aged between 15 to 18 years decide not to pursue secondary school studies after completing primary school and determine possible causes of their further unemployment. To achieve this objective, a qualitative research was carried out. There have been collected and collated statistical data of region of Ústí nad Labem, concerning youth unemployment and presenting concrete examples of the level of engangement between the branch of the Employment Bureau in Ústí nad Labem and juveniles in the region 2014. In conclusion of this Thesis there are proposed measures for the possibility of systematic changes in workflow of the Bureau. Another responsib.
