Náplní práce je představení problematiky tzv. brownfields, nevyužívaných území, která vznikla jako pozůstatek průmyslové, zemědělské, rezidenční, vojenské či jiné aktivity. Zprvu jsou popsány obecné skutečnosti související se vznikem a existencí brownfieldů, jako jsou například různé definice, kategorizace brownfieldů a možnosti řešení problému, který představují. Vlastní analýze stavu nevyužívaných ploch v Libereckém kraji předchází popis vývoje kraje a jeho jednotlivých okresů. Informace o brownfieldech vychází z krajské databáze a jejich hodnocení je provedeno z různých hledisek, např. dle polohy, typologie, rozlohy. Součástí diplomové práce je i přehled revitalizovaných projektů na území Libereckého kraje a jejich charakteristika. Posledním bodem práce je hodnocení přístupu kraje k problematice a jeho strategie. Na Závěr jsou v diplomové práci také uvedeny zajímavé příklady úspěšných projektů z jiných krajů a ze zahraničí. The topic of this thesis is "Analysis and options of revitalization of brownfields in the Liberec Region." The content of the thesis is to introduce an issue of so-called brownfields, unused zones, which originate as a remnant of the industrial, agricultural, residential, military or other activity. At first are described general facts related to the creation and existence of brownfields, such as various definitions, categorization of brownfields and possible solutions to the problem they pose. The analysis of the state of unused sites in Liberec Region precedes a description of the development of the region and its individual districts. Information about brownfields base on the regional database and their evaluation is carried out from different perspectives, eg. according to position, typology, area. Part of the thesis is an overview of revitalized projects in the Liberec Region and their characteristics. The last point of the thesis is evaluation of the approach of Liberec Region to the issue and its strategy. In conclusion are in the diploma thesis also mentioned interesting examples of successful projects from other regions and from abroad. Another responsib.
