Na úvod přibližuje hlavní životní milníky a nástin tvorby tohoto kontroverzního politicko-právního filosofa. Posléze se zabývá jeho koncepcí státu, respektive politična, kterou doplňuje o výklad klíčového uskupení přítel-nepřítel. Dále popisuje úlohu suveréna a otázku výjimečného stavu. Poté nabízí stručnou charakteristiku hlavních idejí liberalismu, od které přechází k ústřední části předkládané diplomové práce, kterou je pojetí liberalismu dle Carla Schmitta. Na závěr je ještě celé pojednání doplněno o kapitolu, která se věnuje problematice parlamentních systémů, potažmo kritice parlamentarismu, která na kritiku liberalismu plynule navazuje. This thesis is devoted to criticism of liberalism in the work of Carl Schmitt. The introduction sets out the major life milestones and outline the formation of controversial political and legal philosopher. Hereinafter deals with the concept of the state, or of the political, which it is added to the interpretation of a key formation of the friend-enemy. It also describes the role of the sovereign and the question of a state of emergency. After offering a brief characterization of the main ideas of liberalism, which passes from the central part of my theses, which is the concept of liberalism, according to Carl Schmitt. In conclusion, there is a whole treatise complemented by a chapter that deals with the issue of parliamentary systems, hence the criticism of parliamentarianism, that the critique of liberalism seamlessly connected.
