Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat druhou fázi ošetřovatelského procesu, kterou je diagnostika a v této práci je zaměřena na riziko vniku infekce v seniorském věku. Práce je zaměřena na podrobném sledování 3 vybraných osob. Osoby byly sledovány na 3 různých odděleních v rámci 2 nemocnic. V této práci jsou rozebrány rizikové faktory, které souvisejí s ošetřovatelskou diagnostikou rizika infekce. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá rozborem dané části ošetřovatelského procesu, charakteristickými změnami související se stářím. Dále je v této části podrobně rozebrána diagnóza riziko infekce a její jednotlivé rizikové faktory. V empirické části této práce bylo použito průzkumu a nepřímého rozhovoru s pacientem a zdravotnického personálu na daném oddělení. Při zpracovávání této části bakalářské práce bylo použito metodiky formou kazuistiky za doplnění informací pohovorem s pacientem, personálem a podrobným studiem zdravotnické dokumentace jednotlivé sledované osoby. Pro sledování byly na základě společných znaků vybrány 3 osoby přibližného stáří, stejného pohlaví a podobných přidružených onemocnění. Příčina hospitalizace byla ve všech případech různá. Při průzkumu bylo zjištěno, že riziko infekce se objevilo pouze v jednom z případů. The theme of this work is the nursing diagnosis of infection risk of seniors. The main objective of this paper is to describe the second phase of the nursing process, which is the diagnosis and in this thesis we focused on the risk of developing an infection in the cases of senior patients. The research is aimed at closely monitoring three selected persons. Subjects were monitored at 3 different departments within two hospitals. In this work are discussed the risk factors associated with nursing diagnosis of the infection risk. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the analysis of the nursing process, the characteristic changes associated with aging. This part also deals with the analysis of infection risk diagnosis and the individual risk factors. The empirical part of this thesis presents a survey and indirect interviews with the patients and the medical staff at the departments. The research methods used to complete this part of the thesis had a character of case reports and to collect additional data we carried out interviews with patients, staff and used a detailed study of medical records of the monitored persons. For our observation based on common features of the patients we selected 3 persons of approximately same age, same sex and similar comorbidities. Cause of hospitalization was different in the cases of the observed patients. The survey revealed that the risk of infection occurred only in one of the cases. Another responsib.
