Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat vývoj zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti z hlediska různých ukazatelů. Výsledkem je zhodnocení trhu práce v tomto kraji za sledované období, jak na úrovni kraje, tak i na úrovni okresů, a také srovnání s celorepublikovým trendem vývoje. Důraz je kladen i na ekonomickou krizi, která začala v roce 2008 a prochází tedy sledovaným obdobím. V diplomové práci jsou zhodnoceny dopady této krize na zmíněný region.. -- Abstract: ?The Analysis of the Labour market in the Liberec Region? is focused on the characteristics of the development of labour market in the Liberec Region since 1989 that is since the beginning of the economic transformation in the Czech Republic to the present. The major aim of this thesis is to study the development of the employment and unemployment rate in the point of different indicators. The result is the evaluation of the labour market in this region during the reported period as at the regional level as well as the district level and also compared with the nationwide trend of development. The emphasis is also placed on the economic crisis which began in 2008 and therefore passes the observed period. The impacts of this crisis on the mentioned region are evaluated in this thesis.
