Na základě nashromážděných dat v jednotlivých kazuistikách jsou vážné komunikační bariéry blíže specifikovány a navrženy způsoby a možnosti jejich eliminace ze strany pedagogického pracovníka. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první, teoretické jsou vymezeny základní pojmy - komunikace, pedagogická komunikace, konflikt, sociálně patologické jevy a ústavní výchova. Náplní druhé, praktické části je kvalitativní výzkum realizovaný na záměrně vybraném vzorku probandů, t.j. žáků 2. stupně ZŠ a ZŠ praktické umístěných do DDÚ v Hradci Králové. Dále je zde blíže popsána struktura a cíle dětského diagnostického ústavu a nastíněn význam využití IT ve vzájemné komunikaci v tomto zařízení. Zpracována jsou data získaná metodami studia dokumentace, rozhovory, dotazníkového šetření a pozorování. V závěru práce jsou navrženy možnosti aplikace získaných poznatků v pedagogické praxi. Bachelor´s thesis on the theme ?The specific pedagogical communication in enviroment of the children´s diagnostic institute" answers to the questions about the kind of peculiarity which the pedagogical communication has in the children´s diagnostic institution in Hradec Králové and which kind of barriers are leading to conflicting situation. On the accumulated foundations date in an individual case interpretations are sever communication barriers closer are specified and suggested the ways and their possibility of elimination on the other side of pedagogical personal staff. Barchelor´s thesis is devided on two parts. In the first theoretic part are delimited the basic concepts of communation, pedagogical communication, conflict, socially pathological phenomenon and institutional upbringing. In the second practice part the qualitative research is implemented on intentionally selected of respondents, that mean, the pupils of the second step´s basic school and the basic practical school which are situated in the children´s diagnostical institute in Hradec Králové. Contents of the second part is qualitative research. There is described the structure and the goals of children´s diagnostic institute and presented the outline meaning to use the individual therapy in mutual communication in the institute. The date of research was achieved studying of the method´s interview, conversation, documentation the via questionnaires inquiry and observation. In the end of bachelor´s thesis are suggested the possibility of aplication getting piece of knowledge in the pedagogical practice. Another responsib.
