Edukační proces u pacienta s astma bronchiale [rukopis] / Edita Špačková. -- 2012. -- 69 l., [6] l. příl. : il. -- Ved. práce Ľudmila Jankulárová. -- Abstract: Tématem bakalářské práce je edukační proces u pacienta s astma bronchiale. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit dosahování edukačních cílů u pacientů s astma bronchiale. Dílčí cíle zjišťovaly, zdali mají astmatici uspokojivé vědomosti o svém onemocnění, dbají-li lékařských a ošetřovatelských doporučení a jestli umí správně zacházet s inhalátorem a výdechoměrem. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se zabývá samotným onemocněním astma bronchiale a prevencí. Druhá část je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou edukaci. V rámci praktické části byla použita metoda kvalitativního průzkumu pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a pozorování. Průzkumné šetření bylo uskutečněno v plicní ambulanci v Litoměřicích a výsledky byly zpracovány do tabulek. Celkem bylo provedeno 5 rozhovorů a 5 pozorování. Průzkum probíhal během měsíce ledna a února. Cíleně byli vybíráni respondenti s onemocněním astma bronchiale starší 18 let a používající inhalační léky. Podařilo se zjistit, že pacienti vědí co je astma, znají rizikové faktory i příznaky nemoci. Snaží se dodržovat režimová opatření. Dalším zajímavým výsledkem je, že žádný z respondentů nezná výdechoměr. Podle výsledků byly navrženy doporučení pro praxi.. -- Abstract: The theme of this bachelor paper is an educational process of patients suffering from asthma bronchiale. The main aim of this paper is to find out whether the educational process of pacients suffering from asthma bronchiale achieves it?s goals. The partial objectives finds out whether the pacients have acceptable knowledge of their illness, if they follow medical and nursing recommendations and if they can use an inhaler and a peak flow meter in the right way. Theoretical part of the paper is divided in two parts. The first one is focused on asthma bronchiale itself and asthma bronchiale prevention. The second one is focused on nursing education. Within the practical part of the paper is used method of qualitative survey using semi-structured interview and observing. The survey took place in Litomerice lung surgery. The results were elaborated into the tables. There were realised five interviews and five observations. The survey went on in January and February 2012. The target respondents for the survey were people up to 18 suffering from asthma bronchiale and using inhaler medicaments. The survey succeeded in finding out that patiens know what asthma is. They know well high-risk factors and symptoms of the illness. They usually try to follow recomendations given. An interesting result of the survey might be that no interviewed patient knew what the peak flow meter was. According to the results of the survey recommendations for praxis were suggested.
