Note Ved. práce Kateřina Vaníková Abstract Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice fyzioterapie v lázeňských zařízeních. Obsahuje dvě hlavní části: obecnou a speciální, jejíž součástí je kazuistika. V obecné části je popsána anatomie a kineziologie dolní končetiny, vznik a průběh degenerativního onemocnění a možnosti lázeňské léčby. Část speciální zahrnuje možnosti rehabilitace, v rámci které je popsána fyzioterapie, fyzikální terapie a ergoterapie vhodná pro degenerativní onemocnění kolenního kloubu. Hlavní část se věnuje vyšetření a následné léčbě konkrétního pacienta s vyhodnocením výsledků terapie. This bachelor?s thesis focuses on physiotherapy in spas. It consists of two parts, general one and special one, which also contains the casuistry. The general part deals with anatomy and kinesiology of lower limb. It also describes the origin and course of degenerative diseases and possible ways of their spa treatment. The special part deals with possibilities in the field of rehabilitation. It describes suitable physiotherapeutic, physical therapeutic and ergotherapeutic approaches to degenerative disease of knee joint. The main part focuses on examination of concrete patient and on treatment that followed it. It also contains the evaluation of therapy results. Another responsib.
