Note Ved. práce Eva Macková Abstract Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice syndromu karpálního tunelu (SKT) a využití ergoterapie při jeho léčbě. Práce je členěna na tři části. První část obsahuje obecný popis syndromu karpálního tunelu z pohledu anatomie, jeho klinických projevů, diagnostiky a prognózy onemocnění. Druhá část je speciální a věnuje se komplexní rehabilitaci, především pak využití ergoterapie. Ve třetí části je uvedena kazuistika, která podrobně popisuje průběh rehabilitace po operaci syndromu karpálního tunelu u konkrétního pacienta, včetně krátkodobého a dlouhodobého ergoterapeutického plánu. This Bachelor thesis presents information about Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) diagnosis and about the use of occupational therapy in CTS treatment. It is divided into three parts. The first - general - part defines CTS from the anatomical point of view including its clinical symptoms, diagnosis and prognosis. The second - special - part deals with complex rehabilitation for CTS, especially using occupational therapy. The third part presents the casuistic where the detailed process of rehabilitation after the CTS surgery is described by spceific patient, including short-term and long-term rehabilitation plans.
