Bariérové přístupy pro imobilní osoby v Ústí nad Labem [rukopis] / Miroslav Spěšný. -- 2012. -- 44 l., [2] l. příl. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstract: Obsahem mé práce je zabývání se problematikou bezbariérovosti a přístupnosti prostředí. Téma spojuji s integrací imobilních osob do společnosti a s uplatňováním základních práv a svobod. Ačkoliv existují bezbariérové vyhlášky pro řešení staveb a prostředí, stále se setkáváme s nedodržováním těchto pravidel. Většina lidí považuje bezbariérové úpravy za něco nadstandardního pro specifickou skupinu lidí na vozíčku, kterých ani ve skutečnosti mnoho není. Bezbariérové prostředí ale v sobě zahrnuje takové úpravy, které ve svém životě prakticky může využít každý člověk. Je to tedy prostředí pro všechny. Práce se zabývá otázkou přístupnosti objektů užívaných veřejností nejen z teoretického hlediska, ale soustředí se i na praktickou část, která byla realizována ve městě Ústí nad Labem. Výzkum proběhl v rámci programu Civitas Archimédes za spolupráce organizací věnující se tělesně a zdravotně postiženým. Výsledky šetření jsou k dispozici na internetových stránkách (bezbari.usti.cdsw.cz). Práce tak přispívá k informovanosti lidí o problematice bariér a přístupnosti do objektů pro imobilní osoby v Ústí nad Labem.. -- Abstract: The content of my work is dealing with the issue of accessibility and barrier-free environment.I associate the topic with integrating immobile people into society and with the application of fundamental rights and freedoms. Although there are regulations for barrier-free design of buildings and environment constantly we meet with failure to comply with these rules. Most people consider wheelchair access for a high standard of a specific group of people in wheelchairs, while thinking there are not a high number of wheelchair users. Barrier-free environment includes such modifications in their lives virtually everyone can use. Therefore it is the environment for all. The paper addresses the issue of accessibility of buildings for public use, not only from a theoretical perspective, but it focuses on the practical part, which was implemented in the town of Usti nad Labem. Research conducted under the Civitas Archimedes in cooperation with organizations dealing with the disabled and handicapped. Survey results are available on the website (bezbari.usti.cdsw.cz). The work contributes to the awareness of people about the problems and barriers to accessibility to buildings for disabled people in Usti nad Labem.
