Note Ved. práce Marek Jelínek Abstract Šestinedělí je přirozený proces, který nastává po porodu a při kterém se vrací tělo ženy do stavu před otěhotněním. To je provázeno celou řadou fyzických i psychických změn. V obecné části jsem shrnula fakta z dostupné odborné literatury. Popsala jsem fyziologii těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí, spolu s jeho komplikacemi. Dále je zde popsána anatomie a kineziologie pánve. Ve speciální části jsem se zaměřila na fyzioterapeutické metody a postupy, které jsou vhodné v období šestinedělí. Dále jsem popsala obecná omezení a doporučení pro toto období. V hlavní části se věnuji kazuistice mé pacientky, kineziologickému rozboru, realizaci fyzioterapie a dlouhodobým doporučením. Puerperium is a natural process which occurs after childbirth, in that time the woman's body returns to its pre-pregnancy. It is accompanied by a variety of physical and mental changes. I summarized the facts of the available vocational literature, for the general part. I described the physiology of pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium, along with its complications. There is also described anatomy and kinesiology of pelvic. In the special part, I focused on physiotherapy methods and procedures which are appropriate in the puerperium. Furthermore, I described the general restrictions and recommendations for this period. The main part is devoted to casuistry of my patient, kynesiology analysis, realization of physiotherapy and long-term recommendations. Another responsib.
