První tři kapitoly jsou teoretickým konceptem k vypracování a porozumění poslední kapitoly. Pozornost je věnována kapitálovému trhu, jako celku, tvůrcům kapitálového trhu i jeho produktům. V práci lze zjistit, jakým způsobem jsou emitovány cenné papíry na kapitálovém trhu a jaké jsou přednosti a jaké nedostatky v porovnání s úvěrem. Produktům úvěrového trhu se věnuje poslední kapitola teoretické části práce. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit náklady na provedení emise cenných papírů, zjistit situace, ve které podnik přistoupí přes všechny podmínky participace kapitálového trhu k emisi akciového podílu společnosti. Cílem je dále analyzovat zdroje kapitálových a nekapitálových finančních zdrojů ve vybraných společnostech působících v České republice, změny ve financování společností vzhledem k hospodářskému vývoji. This diploma thesis consists of four chapters. The first three are the theoretical concept for building-up and better understanding last chapter. Attention is given to the capital market, to be understood like a form of financing mechanism, is given to capital market constitutive and its products. Is possible to find-out, how are securities issued to the capital market and which advantages and disadvantages offers capital market in comparison to the loan. Last chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis addicts products of the loan market. The aim of thesis is to specify and compare cost of different forms of financing. To specify situations, in which are companies able to join capital market over all disadvantages. The aim is to analyze capital sources of financing and other financial sources in chosen companies operating in the Czech Republic, to analyze changes in financing during the time period and to compare used sources to economical growth.
