Autor neodevzdal lic. smlouvu Abstract Tato bakalářská představuje rešerši současné literatury o trombofilii a příbuzných onemocněních, založených na defektech hemokoagulace. Hlavní část práce je věnována problematice molekulárně genetické detekce leidenské mutace genu kódujícího faktor FV a jejího výskytu jak u pacientů s trombofilními stavy, tak v běžné populaci. Přítomnost této mutace v heterozygotním nebo homozygotním stavu byla zjištěna celkem u více než 50% vyšetřených pacientů a pozitivně korelovala s výskytem projevů poruchy hemokoagulace u osob mladšího věku. The thesis is a recent literature review on thrombophilia and related diseases based on haemocoagulation defects. The main part deals with detection of Leiden mutation of the gene coding for coagulation factor FV, and distribution of this mutation within the patients suffering from thrombophilic states and within the common population, as well as. The presence of Leiden mutation in both heterozygotic, and recessive homozygotic states was totally detected in more than 50% of the examined patients, and correlated positively with the occurrence of haemocoagulation breakdown among younger individuals.
