Note Ved. práce Hana Horklová Abstract V teoretické části se zabýváme volným časem, aerobikem a jeho závodními formami. Nastíníme problém prevence úrazovosti, věkové zákonitosti dětí a mládeže a průběh lekce aerobiku. Hlavní část obsahuje vznik a vývoj Aerobic clubu Domu dětí a mládeže Ústí nad Labem a charakteristiku vybraného závodního týmu aerobiku. V další části práce je zpracován tréninkový plán Aerobic teamu Kisses pro přípravu na závodní sezónu aerobiku a vývoj a náplň činnosti tohoto závodního souboru. Zájem o aerobik a další možnosti využití volného času dětí a mládeže zjistíme pomocí dotazníku. Bachelor thesis is specialized to influence of competitive aerobic and the way of spending children and youth free time. In the theoretic part we are concerned on free time, aerobics and it´s competitive types. We mention the problem of prevention of accidante occurances, age regularity of children and youth and course of aerobic lesson. Main part includes creation and progression of Aerobic Club DDM,UL and characteristic of chosen competitive aerobic team. The next part includes training plan for Aerobic team Kisses´s preparation for competitive season and progression and activities of this competitive team.
