Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Cílem práce je uceleně charakterizovat vývoj procesu ratifikace Lisabonské smlouvy v Evropské unii jako celku a zaujmout stanovisko ohledně vlastního mechanismu ratifikace smluv v EU. Dalším cílem je konkretizovat průběh ratifikačního procesu v České republice zejména po právní stránce a zaujmout konkrétní stanovisko, případně vyvodit vlastní teze, ohledně další perspektivy tohoto procesu ve vztahu k budoucímu vývoji evropské integrace. Nechybí ani souhrn dosavadního průběhu evropského integračního procesu. Autorovou snahou je poskytnutí nejaktuálnějších dostupných údajů a názorů, které považuje za zajímavé. Záměrem je vtáhnout čtenáře do problematiky integračního procesu, na kterou lze navazovat podrobnějším studiem nabízených zdrojů. Sám pak stručně komentuji jednotlivé kapitoly a v samotném závěru práce nabízím čtenáři svůj osobní postoj k danému tématu. The objective of this work is to provide a comprehensive overview of the ratification process of the Treaty of Lisbon as a whole and take a stand in regard to the mechanism of treaties? ratification within the EU as such. The further objective is to concretize the course of the ratification process in the Czech Republic, specifically in the legal sphere, form a concrete opinion of the issue and, if need be, develop own proposition in regard to the future perspective of this process in connection to the potential developments in the European integration. The work also contains an overview of the progress of the European integration process hitherto. The author attempts to provide the most current data and views he deems interesting. Furthermore, his intention is to draw the reader into the issue of the integration process, which may be pursued by further research of resources available. Eventually, the author briefly comments on the individual chapters of the work and provides the reader with his personal standpoint towards the topic researched. Another responsib.
