Note Ved. práce Jiří Škoda Abstract Předkládaná diplomová práce řeší problematiku duševních a behaviorálních poruch formou výzkumného materiálu, který je určen nejen odbornému personálu Vězeňské služby ČR. Vybrané duševní a behaviorální poruchy, které byly předmětem výzkumu, jsou zpracovány na základě 10. revize Mezinárodní klasifikace duševních a behaviorálních nemocí MKN-10. Jedná se o poruchy v oblasti: F40-F49 což jsou neurotické poruchy, poruchy vyvolané stresem a somatoformní poruchy na stres. V rámci provedeného výzkumu byly porovnány dvě odlišné skupiny a to skupina 50 vězněných osob umístěných ve výkonu trestu se skupinou 58 studentů pedagogické fakulty UJEP Ústí nad Labem. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda se vybrané skupiny budou významně lišit ve zkoumaných položkách. Jako výzkumné nástroje byly použity dva standardizované dotazníky (NEO-PI-R a TSC - 40) a t-test pro porovnání aritmetických průměrů. Sumarizace a vyhodnocení dat bylo následně provedeno pomocí programu Statgraphic Centurion XV. Vyhodnocením a porovnáním výsledků bylo zjištěno, že na hladině významnosti ? = 0,05 vykazují studenti v položkách extraverze, přívětivost, svědomitost a poruch spánku statisticky vyšší hodnoty než vězněné osoby. V dalších posuzovaných položkách nebyl shledán mezi oběma skupinami statisticky významný rozdíl. Závěry a doporučení této práce jsou formou diskuse orientovány do oblasti penitenciární problematiky ? práce s vězněnými osobami. These graduation theses deal with problems of mental and behavioral disorders by means of research material addressed not only for the Czech Republic penitentiary staff. The selected mental and behavioral disturbances as the research project have been up the 10th revision of the International Classification of Mental and Behavioral Diseases MKN-10. They are disturbances in the F40-F49 area, comprising neurotic disturbances, stress elicited disturbances and somatoform stress disturbances. This research compared two different groups, namely the group of 50 prisoners in execution of a punishment and the group of 50 university students of pedagogic faculty in Ústí nad Labem. The aim of this work was to find out, if there would be a principal difference in tested items. Two standardized checklists (NEO-PI-R and TSC - 40) and a t-test for comparison of arithmetic averages were used as research instruments and the Program Statgraphic Centurion XV was used for the resulting summarization and evaluation of dates. Having assessed and compared the results I found out the students had proved statistically higher values in extraversion, affability, faithfulness and sleep disturbances than prisoners There has been no statistically significant difference in other items between both groups.
