Je zde rozebrána organizační struktura skupiny RWE a přiblíženy změny, ke kterým v souvislosti s centralizací služeb v oblasti správy budov došlo. Dále je zde popsáno nastavení procesů, zajištění smluvních vztahů, rozdělení nákladů, nastavení ukazatelů a hodnocení. Cílem práce je přiblížení fungování facility managementu ve skupině RWE v ČR a zhodnocení jeho efektivnosti.. -- Abstract: The thesis is engaged in the facility management in the RWE group in the Czech Republic. There is analysed the organizational structure of the RWE group and there are also approached changes which were reached in context of centralization of services in the field of building administration. Thereinafter is described operating adjustment, contractual relations securing,division of cost, production factors regulating and rating there. The purpose of this thesis is to draw near the function of the facility management in the RWE group in the Czech Republic and the analysis of the systems effectiveness.
