Fyzioterapie syndromu bolestivého ramene [rukopis] / Martina Kučerová. -- 2009. -- 79 l., [22] l. příl. : il. -- Ved. práce Kateřina Vaníková. -- Abstract: Ve své bakalářské práci s názvem {\clq}qFyzioterapie syndromu bolestivého ramene`` jsem se zaměřila na fyzioterapeutické postupy a metody při léčbě dané problematiky. Je to dlouhodobý proces, který vyžaduje aktivní spolupráci pacienta. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a hlavní část. V teoretické části popisuji anatomii ramenního pletence, příčiny onemocnění, rozdělení a klinický obraz nemoci. Speciální oddíl teoretické části je zaměřen na možnosti léčby, jak konzervativní, tak i operativní. Jsou zde popsány fyzioterapeutické metody a postupy, které se běžně užívají při tomto syndromu v rámci rehabilitace. Dále se věnuji psychologické a sociální problematice nemoci, a prognóze onemocnění. V hlavní části jsem se zaměřila na kazuistiku u konkrétního pacienta, klinické projevy jeho nemoci, léčbu, komplexní kineziologický rozbor, a zvolené fyzioterapeutické postupy. V závěrečné části uvádím průběh fyzioterapie, dosažené výsledky a dlouhodobá doporučení.. -- Abstract: In my bachelor work {\clq},Physiotherapy of the painful shoulder syndrome`` I focused on the physiotherapy procedures and methods when treating this syndrome. It is a long-lasting process, which requires an active cooperation with the patient. The work is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part I describe the anatomy of the shoulder girdle, causes of the disease, a structure and a clinical view of the disease. A special part of the theory targets the possibilities of the treatment, both traditional as well as operative ones. The physiotherapy methods and procedures commonly used during the physiotherapy of this syndrome are described there. Futhermore I focus on the psychological and social issue of the disease and on the prognosis of the disease as well. In the main part I describe the casuistry of a concrete patient, clinical symptoms of his disease, the treatment, complete casuistry analysis and exact physiotherapy procedures. In the concluding part I state the process of the physiotherapy, achieved results and longtime recommendations.
