Note Autor neodevzdal lic. smlouvu Abstract Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku a ergoterapii dětí s těžkým mentálním postižením. V obecné části seznamuji čtenáře s etiologií postižení a celkově se snažím podchytit mentální postižení z globálního hlediska. Mapuji možné formy ucelené rehabilitace, které se dají kombinovat, dle potřeb a možností dítěte a jeho rodiny. Zaměřila jsem se také na pomoc rodičům v péči o jejich dítě. Ve své praktické části se zabývám ergoterapií u čtrnáctileté dívky, která má na podkladě genetického onemocnění přidružené těžké mentální postižení. Dle vyšetření tohoto dítěte jsem si vytvořila svůj ergoterapeutický plán, ve kterém jsem si stanovila cíle, kterých jsem se nadále ve svých terapeutických činnostech držela. Topic of my bacalary work is to fokus on problems and ergotherapy of children with severe mental retardation. In the general part of my work I want to define the etiology of disease and describe the mental retardation in general. Then I described all possibilities of physical, mental and also social care that can be combined for individual needs and possibilities of child and its family. I focused on the probléme of the whole family and how to help them in adequate care of their child. In the practical part of my work described the ergotherapy of 14 years old girl suffering with genetic disease combined with severe mental retardation. After the examination of that girl I created appropriate plan of the ergotherapy in which I determined the goals and directions suitable for improving her psychomotorical functions.
